Performance Standards:

“We maintain our work standards”

First: Optimal selection of security personnel, including the following:

– Qualifications.

– Age.

– A criminal record check free of prior offenses before hiring.

– Experience and security system training courses.

 

Second: Security equipment and guarding services are divided as follows:

Security personnel appearance (uniforms) and (personal behavior).

Diplomacy in dealing with management, employees, and visitors.

Training on the optimal use of security equipment.

 

Third: Site Fortification:

Equipment of sites in a way that ensures they are fortified to prevent any unauthorized entry. The sites are divided as follows:

– Fencing.

– Adequate lighting.

– Access points, including entry/exit gates and emergency exits.

– Material handling and storage areas (warehouses and workshops).

 

Fourth: Organizing Security Guard Operations:

– Security patrols.

– Guard duties in terms of locations, responsibilities, and obligations.

 

Fifth: Security Guard Planning:

– Comprehensive security plan.

– Estimating the required number of security guards for the site.

– General reserve of the institution for emergencies at all sites.

 

Sixth: (A) Basic Training Programs for Security Guards:

Below is a description of the theoretical and practical training provided by the institution to its employed security guards:

– Introduction to the duties and responsibilities of a security guard.

– Instructions that a security guard must follow while on duty.

– Security patrols, accuracy of observations, and strengthening the security awareness of the guard.

– How to conduct security inspections by the guard.

– Health aspects and safety measures that guards must be aware of.

– Responding to major incidents during security duty.

– How to write reports and notify about different incidents and security issues by the guard.

– Training guards on the instructions and procedures followed inside and outside the facility.

– Training guards on safety and security procedures followed by both parties.

– Training employees on identifying site-specific risk sources.

– Personnel security/registration, identity verification, observation, and surveillance.

– Visitors and how to deal with them.

– Monitoring entry and exit movements.

– Training supervisors and security personnel on the optimal way to handle daily forms and procedures.

 

(B) Security Instructions for Guards Assigned to Security Checkpoints Within the Facility:

– How security guards deal with visitors during their entry and movement within the sites.

– Controlling the movement of incoming and outgoing vehicles, including people or goods.

– Monitoring the various work activities and workers inside the warehouses.

– Patrols to ensure gates are closed and the site is secured after official working hours.

– Familiarity with the official forms used within the facility.

 

Seventh: Evacuation:

– Developing necessary security plans to execute evacuation procedures of all types in case of emergencies.

– Security equipment and services.
